The location was fantastic. It was very close to restaurants, bars, and the beautiful beach! the staff were friendly and helpful, that created a warm atmosphere. Rooms were comfortable though the size was a bit compact. Still, it offered good value for the price.
Noise from nearby establishments continued late, sometimes disrupting the peace at night. I needed better soundproofing. This issue impacted my stay. Still, the overall experience was positive.

I appreciated the friendly staff who quickly sorted out gluten-free options for my breakfast. They made sure I was well catered for. The rooms were also good. Showers provided a good water stream. I found the cleaning was effective each day.
My room was on the ground floor. The music from the pool was quite loud. It began every day at 10 am. This limited my ability to rest even when the pool area was empty. I wished the music volume was reduced.

mixed experience due to noise and staff issues

the noise was a problem i was on the ground floor and the music by the pool started every day at 10am it was loud even when the pool area was empty there was no chance of sleeping i also found the staff attitude poor especially the receptionist she was very rude on arrival which affected the whole stay

I was close to everything, just five minutes from the airport bus stop! the hotel is located just off the main strip. The breakfast buffet offered anything i wanted. The variety was amazing. A decent size swimming pool and around twenty sun beds were available.
